Technical Project Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee project timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule while meeting business objectives and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for technology initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and third-party partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, change requests, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and project methodologies.
- Support successful project handover and post-implementation reviews.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Experience managing cloud, infrastructure, software, or digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud services, and software delivery lifecycles.
- Knowledge of budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with PMO processes and project governance best practices.

Experience & Certifications
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience managing enterprise technology projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is preferred.
- Experience delivering cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
Working Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements when required.
- Flexibility to support critical project milestones outside regular business hours.
